WebVue offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting packages. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable once processed.

5. Domain Registration

Domains are subject to availability and are registered through third-party providers (e.g., NameSilo, ResellerClub). You are responsible for ensuring that your domain renewals are timely.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Sending spam or phishing content

• Hosting illegal or copyrighted materials without permission

• Conducting attacks, hacking, or disruptive activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

7. Data & Backups

While WebVue implements daily backups for hosting services, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. WebVue is not liable for data loss beyond its control.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, maintenance, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebVue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
